and Sally
CavenderPastors Paul and Sally Cavender are both ordained ministers with the Church of God of Cleveland Tennessee. They work together to form a dynamic ministry team.
Pastor Paul Cavender is a gifted leader and administrator who is a visionary. He has been gifted with the ability to see the vision for the church and put together a team and a plan to see that vision become a reality. He also has the heart of a Pastor/Shepherd who loves to visit with people and help them through the various problems that are common to us all. He is an excellent counselor. He is a dynamic teacher and preacher of the word of God. He is an expository teacher who loves to walk through the Word of God verse by verse making it relevant to our daily lives. Pastor Sally Cavender is a gifted teacher of God’s word who makes scripture understandable and applicable to our every day lives. She has been gifted with spiritual wisdom and insight to be able to counsel people during difficult times. She has been trained as a Peer counselor through “The Evansville Center For Women’s Ministries”. Her teaching and counseling help people find true deliverance from bondages and strongholds that we all sometimes find ourselves trapped by. Pastors Paul and Sally Cavender also counsel married couples together. They are certified marriage instructors with Community Marriage Builders. Their certification is through P.A.I.R.S (Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills). For more information about P.A.I.R.S. visit www.pairs.com. They have been trained as Peer Marriage Counselors with “The Evansville Center for Women’s Ministries”. Paul and Sally have been married for 29 years and have two adult children.

Chad
Specht - Children's
PastorThe Specht Family is Chad and Valerie, Tad and Connor. Tad is 10 years old and Connor is 6 years old. The Specht’s love the Lord and love serving Him in the Children’s Ministry. Other interests include baseball, especially the St. Louis Cardinals, playing many other sports and playing the Wii. They also enjoy spending time with family and friends.
Chad and Valerie Specht have been involved in the ministering of young people since 1992. They have served in many capacities from coaching baseball and basketball to serving as Youth Pastor for 7 years and working in Children’s Church the past few years. They have planned and organized outings, worship services, retreats, vacation bible school, and many other God centered activities for young people.
Chad is a licensed educator with 13 years of experience in a Kindergarten through Eighth grade school. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Southern Indiana in 1996. Dan Webb -
Worship PastorDan has a passion for worshiping and leading others in the worship of Jesus. His goal is to create an environment where others will feel comfortable and compelled to enter into the presence of God. He believes worship is more than an event on Sunday; worship is a lifestyle of being dedicated to becoming more like Jesus. Dan is in the JFJ Band, they minister regularly at the Evansville Rescue Mission. He has led worship on Tres Dias and Kairos weekend retreats.
Dan has been married to Jamie for 10 years. They have two sons Ethan is 9 and Liam is 7. The boys enjoy helping around the church. Jamie is a stay-at-home mom and student.
